Safeguarding
- Children’s welfare comes first, always.
- Staff know how to recognise and report concerns.
- We follow Luton’s local safeguarding procedures.
- A named lead handles any safeguarding concern.
Supervision
- Every child stays with their parent or carer throughout.
- Parents and carers remain responsible for their own child.
- Numbers are limited so the space stays calm and safe.
Health & safety
- Age-appropriate equipment, checked before each session.
- Toys and surfaces cleaned regularly.
- Allergies and medical needs can be shared with us in advance.
- Clear first aid and emergency arrangements.
Inclusion & SEND
- Every family is welcome.
- Activities adapted so all children can take part.
- Talk to us before your visit about any support you need.
Privacy
- We only collect the details we need to run sessions.
- Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.
- Photos are only taken or shared with parental consent.
